We provide the full range of building services engineering design; mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and public health engineering.
Our team have a wealth of experience in providing effective and sustainable low carbon design solutions and we continually strive to embrace creativity, innovation and new technologies.
Our design service includes:
Mechanical
Electrical
Our technical team have developed a wide range of sustainable solutions and work closely with project architects to meet the individual client wishes without compromising the architectural features of the building.
Our experience in using sustainable technology includes:
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is the world’s most established and prominent method of assessing, rating and certifying the sustainability of buildings.
We have been successfully providing BREEAM assessments on a number of building types since 2009 when Anthony Hayes qualified as a BREEAM Assessor for Bespoke Buildings and Offices.
Sam Abbas is our in-house CIBSE accredited Low Carbon Consultant and he has been providing EPC’s for various commercial properties as well as domestic properties since 2010.
In addition to our standard CAD service AH Design provide a Building Information Modelling (BIM) service. All of our engineers have received formal training in Autodesk Revit MEP 2016.
Our electrical services team has over 25 years experience in providing lighting design solutions to suit various building types from hospitals to museums and will work closely with the project architect and client to achieve a harmonious lighting design that meets both expectations and budgetary requirements.
We pride ourselves in that our mechanical and electrical departments have the combined experience to offer project management of services led projects by applying the processes, methods, knowledge, skills and expertise of our Partners to achieve the project goals and objectives.
Our team of engineers are experienced in the method of value engineering and can incorporate this into the design process ultimately either improving the function or reducing the cost of services to suit the individual requirements of our clients.
Our feasibility study service will help ascertain the technical and cost practicability of any proposed project by analysing the viability of the services element at the initial scope stage.
Condition surveys and report on the existing services within a building and recommendations for improvement can be undertaken by all of our engineers enabling our clients to make informed decisions at the outset of the project process.
